UPDATE - May 31, 2020

We are excited to announce that we will be moving to Phase 2 of the State of Nebraska reopening guidelines, which will allow for 25 people to be in our facility at a time.  This does not include staff.  We are also excited to be welcoming back our group classes and personal training sessions starting June 1st.  This will only be possible with the help of our great members in continuing to social distance at least 6 feet at all times and by wiping down equipment after each session.  We will continue with our sanitation stations and also urge you to wash your hands often.  If participating in a group class, please bring your own mat if one is needed.  Lastly, if you do not feel well or have any reason to believe you have been exposed to the virus, please do not come in to the gym but seek out a healthcare provider.  We truly care about all of you and our entire community.  Thank you and we look forward to continued fitness in downtown Ashland.                   Barry and Amy

The Brick House Fitness Center is in it's 14th year of helping people to stay fit in downtown Ashland, Nebraska.  We continue to look for better ways to help our members, and ultimately the community of Ashland in striving for better health.

 

At Brick House Fitness Center we’ve designed a number of classes for people at all levels. If you want to go far, we’ll get you there. Or if you just want to lose weight and keep active, we have the class for you. Pick and choose the classes that you like, when it best fits your schedule.

Cardio Pump -High energy class is a total body workout that includes cardio and strength training sets to burn calories and improve cardiovascular health.

Stretching - This low impact class is designed to improve overall fitness and flexibility using various body positions for better breathing and relaxation of the mind.
