The Brick House Fitness Center is in it's 13th year of helping people to stay fit in downtown Ashland, Nebraska. We continue to look for better ways to help our members, and ultimately the community of Ashland in striving for better health.

At Brick House Fitness Center we’ve designed a number of classes for people at all levels. If you want to go far, we’ll get you there. Or if you just want to lose weight and keep active, we have the class for you. Pick and choose the classes that you like, when it best fits your schedule.
Cardio Pump -High energy class is a total body workout that includes cardio and strength training sets to burn calories and improve cardiovascular health.
Stretching - This low impact class is designed to improve overall fitness and flexibility using various body positions for better breathing and relaxation of the mind.
